Once Hide all Microsoft Services is checked, on the right side of the window, click Disable all.Ĭlick Apply and then Okay. Select the radio button for selective startupĪt the bottom, there should be an empty check box labeled: Hide all Microsoft services. This will launch the System Configuration Utility. Use Win + R to pull up the Run dialog box, and type msconfig and press enter. This process will disable all programs and services that start with the computer except for Microsoft services. But i have an idea that you can try to see if it is a software issue. So i'm not sure could be causing the issue either.
